Is our housing program right for you?
Individuals who may benefit from our recovery housing program include those who have recently completed a withdrawal management program or residential treatment and are no longer at risk for withdrawal symptoms. This program is particularly suited for individuals encountering challenges in sustaining their recovery within a lower level of recovery housing or their home environment.
Prospective residents should demonstrate the ability to meet the financial obligations associated with the housing program or express a willingness to secure employment within 45 days of admission. Additionally, residents must be committed to engaging in outpatient behavioral health services and adhering to the recommendations of their healthcare providers.
Residents living at 150 Main Street are required to actively participate in outpatient treatment services as part of their recovery journey. Housing is structured within a phased system—Levels III, II, and I—with progression through the phases determined by meeting specific goals and requirements. Residents must comply with all rules outlined in the 150 Main Street Handbook, as well as participate in mandated programming. Housing coordinators and staff will assess each resident’s progress to ensure accountability and facilitate movement through the phases.
In supportive housing, residents are expected to pay for their room and board in accordance with the formal payment policy. Weekly rates are set at $70 for Level III housing. Residents will receive a minimum of 30 days' notice prior to any changes to rent pricing. The lease agreement applies to all housing levels and includes details regarding weekly rent costs and address changes. Payment plans and income based sliding fee scales available to all qualifying applicants.
Staff members are dedicated to serving residents with the goal of improving their quality of life and supporting their journey toward self-betterment. This comprehensive and structured approach ensures alignment with NARR and ORH standards, fostering a recovery-oriented environment that emphasizes accountability, holistic well-being, and personal growth.
